Rather than hone in on genre expectations, he instead over-obsesses on whatever ideas congregate in his mind, only figuring out what he’s made after it’s done. Taking inspiration from nearly anywhere he can find it, he mixes wondrous concoctions of ideas to craft the best stories he can.
